Participation in standardization committees helps to achieve balance between various interest holders, and create standards that can be applied by all relevant parties.
Standardization committees include representatives of manufacturers, consumers, standardization bodies, relevant experts, constructors and others.
This combination can assure the objectivity of the developed standard.
When a standard is published, relevant manufacturers are required to apply it, so that they can deliver high quality products.
